HI! My name is Mellisa. I am a certified Kidding Around Yoga instructor, owner and operator of Little Yogis of St Pete, and mother to four amazing boys! Through Yoga, I've found ways to entertain and calm my own children, and I'd like to share my wonderful methods of stress and behavior management with your families!
Little Yogis of St Pete is committed to creating peace in Pinellas County by teaching mindfulness, meditation and compassion to children and their families through dancing, strength building and pranayama (breathing techniques)
